Comments On Dr. Michio And The Holy Grail Of Nanotechnology

I’m so pleased to welcome Dr. Michio Kaku just got his new book last week it was a number one bestseller and now he is here to talk about. I’m sure many of you are familiar with his previous books, which include hyperspace Einstein physics of the impossible, and physics of the future. In his latest work Dr. Kaku, who is in case you missed it, l have an extensive expertise as a physicist in what technology can have in store for the future and he have high enthusiasm as he writes which I think is really infectious. The scope of his latest book is truly amazing and talks about mysteries of consciousness of thought and memories. As you know he also have some great ideas on the latest technology and here is an outline of what I heard discussed in the past interview.

Nanobots or Nano robots is already existing and has become more sophisticated, more intelligent and smaller than ever on a Nano scale. There is a chance that they could become very superior and be able to help us human beings with any illness that we have in our body on Nano scale in which case we should think about merging with them and let them travel around in our body as Nano policemen and ensure that our cells stay healthy.

There are actually already Nanobots that can find cancer cells and swim around and neuteralise them.

If we one day want to merge with robots does it have to be like a Star Wars movie? Many people think that it will be unpleasant and they have this vision of having robobots with implants dangling from their head looking like some monster robot from a science fiction movie.  No, this is not the case.

The so-called Nano implants could be microscopic. We may be able to enhance the power of the mind and the brain in a way that basically would enable you to increase your intelligence and become better and smarter and faster thinking than you would believe is possible.

The holy grail of nanotechnology is the replicator that is usually something in the device that changes whenever you put into what you want. This is straight out of Star Trek movie with microscopic robots that you cant’t even see that cuts atoms apart and rearrange molecules so you take a glass and make into a plate and plates can be made into a table. It’s simply incredible.

But does this define physics? Could it really be possible to change things on a Nano molecular level and change the appearance and shape and form of objects?

Yes, mother nature is already doing it as it takes hamburger and fries and turn it into a baby in less than 9 months. If you look at the way a baby is created and how it changes its shape into perfection in such a short time, we already know that the nature already have the power to change objects. In some years we will be able to do it too… but in seconds using Nanobots and Nano scaled technology.

DNA in tissues of molecules that are put together in a precise point and then rearranged to create a miracle taking one by one molecule…. Using the same ideas and concepts we will be able to re created limbs and organs of the body to help humans live longer and stronger.

Engineering technology is already in their studies and tests far beyond anything that we have at the present time.

I know some people think that the Nano robots looks like something right out of a Lego movie and it’s going to look at something that you would imagine from a Lego set. At the atomic scale quantum effects start to come into play the location of an atom with clippers and with blow torches and with the ability to cut molecules that is times smaller than an atom.

We have something called the Casimir effect, this is making the robots not have clippers and metal like finger but actually sticky fingers like a lizard, butting edge #Nanotechnology.

It is possible now with a technology that is still far more advanced than we have at the present time, Earth has had three and a half billion years to play with things so I think the Nano doctors in the would should still be given a little time to come up with the next step solutions to change world.

Look at civilization hundreds of years ago back in the 17 hundreds what was long-distance communication

Actually in the 17 hundreds it was impossible to have long distance communication, the longest they could have was yelling at a window, that’s how people communicated, by yelling at each other!

And how about transport? In the 17 hundreds getting stuck in the mud with a wagon was like today is getting stuck in traffic… things move on.

With something called thermodynamics we can calculate how much energy you can extract of a lump of coal that created the Industrial Revolution. Steam engines locomotives, which allowed us to replace human labour. In the 1800 we had our team evolution the Industrial Revolution begin to harness electricity, giving us the electric age and transistors and lasers providing the space program… and then GPS, we had three waves of innovation electricity and magnetism and high technology.

Now to know what is the Fourth Way? this is the big question and what will dominate the rest of the 21st century of molecular physics, a technology that is the physics of molecules used in manufacturing and which controls the life and then artificial intelligence…

The questions are many but I really believe it will be a combination of nanotech and molecular physics that will create the next revolution and enable us to do incredible things inspired by Mother Nature. Things are not going to be what they look like to be, that is for sure, shape shifting will be a word that we will get to know more as Nanobots and Nanotech will take us to shape shifting molecular levels that seem to be the next natural step in the research we have now.
